PEMBINAANMODEL MELALUI PROSEDUR SISTEMATIK PELAKSANAAN PARTIAL LEAST SQUARE STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODELING (PLS-SEM): PB-PIA-KKBP
Main Article Content
Abstract
The main focus of this article is to discuss the procedures for using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) in building a model. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to test whether the three variables, namely the Father Involvement (PB), the Early Intervention Program (PIA) and Well-being of Children with Special Needs (KKBP) has a significant relationship; and a mediator or intermediary relationships which in turn build a model appropriate. The research methodology is a quantitative using survey involving a sample of 158 fathers answered questionnaires adapted and built upon through validity (convergent and discriminant) and reliability (composite and Alpha Cronbach: individual items realibility, internal consistency reliability and average variance extracted) through the study pilot. The analysis of the survey data was used in Procedure Systematic Implementation of PLS-SEM adapted by 6 Stages: Fixing Structural Model, Pricing Model Measurements, Data Collection and Evaluation, Budgeting Model Line PLS, Evaluation Results PLSSEM, and Evaluation Results PLS-SEM Structural Model. Therefore, the findings of this study were using PLS-SEM based on 6 levels indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between the variables involved (PB, PIA, KKBP) so as to build a Model Father Involvement in Early Intervention Program for the Well-being of Children with Special Needs, which have implications theoretically and practically. In conclusion, this study proves that the PLS-SEM approach is suitable in the construction of a model in the future.
