Abstract
This study aims to explore the preschool teacher knowledge and understanding about the practice of Education Anti-Bias in the Curriculum Standards of the National Preschool. In addition, the study explores approaches to teaching preschool teachers in cultivating practice of Education Anti-Bias. This qualitative study in case studies. Data collection using observation protocol, interviews protocol and analysis of the content of the document. Study of preschool teachers. Data analysed on the basis of the recommendations of the Miles and Huberman (1994). The validity and reliability of method validation study, triangulation and Consensus Scale Kappa Cohen Index. The findings show that there are four aspects of teaching and cultivation of anti-bias education practices identified. First, teachers teaching cultivation Practice Anti-Bias Education based on the National Standards Curriculum Preschool. Second, teachers agree the importance of knowing the definition, concept and implementation of Anti-Bias Education Practices. Third, the practice of fostering community interest tendency of students explore Anti-Bias Education Practices. Fourth, the practice of teachers affect the acceptance of students against Anti-Bias Education. A study of the view, teaching and cultivation of Anti-Bias Education Practices in line with the national preschool curriculum Standards. Anti-Bias Education practices easily understood pupils because it involved culture, religious values and ethnic environment
