In this era where research in world languages is rapidly growing, those who have advanced the field of research by translating ancient Tamil texts from the 11th century AD to the 14th century AD in the Tamil - speaking world are the translators. Their active actions transcended the flood of time and brought the mother tongue to the people. Even though the language has changed, it has remained in the hearts of the learners. Therefore in order to appreciate the work of the song writers, this article highlights the eloquent writings of Nachinarkiniyar in the Pathupattu. Many centuries ago, the Tamil language was entered by the writers and they performed many important functions, such as explaining the original texts, praising the author, eliminating differences in subject matter, explaining the truth and expressing academic knowledge. Among these essayists, the most famous is Nachinarkiniyar. He was a scholar in both the fields of grammar and literature. He was a person who thoroughly understood the original texts interpreted them. Quoting and using analogies are his strengths in his writing. This article examines the textual merits of the ten poems of this distinguished orator, Nachinarkiniyar.
