Abstract
Concern for the human being in all stages of his life and age is one of the prominent features and features in the provisions of Islam and its legislations. Islam came as a compassionate mercy for all groups of people, and whose mercy and compassion included a group of people with special needs. The features of the Qur’an view and its discourse in them, so the discourse of the Qur’an in them was caring that included compassion and charity, for instance, in observing the feelings of people with special needs and their abilities by relieving them of some mandatory provisions, lifting embarrassment about them, taking into account their dignity, their own feelings, their innate tendencies, etc. The researchers followed the descriptive analytical method in extrapolating some Qur’anic verses and the source of reasoning in them, with the words of the scholars about them, and it was found that Islam has preserved the rights of people with special needs, and decided for them to take full care, work to eliminate their needs, and incite them to be patient and contented to raise their degrees.
