A New Study on Qarinah with Quranic Fasilah Compatibility
Main Article Content
Abstract
The term 'qarinah' refers to the interconnectedness and relation between two entity or more, and used for authentication. Through this discipline, this article aims to identify and discuss the qarinah in broader scope of fasilah's compatibility. It's involving compatibility of fasilah with the fasilah in the following verse, compatibility between similar fasilah in the chapter, and compatibility of all fasilah within the same chapter. This qualitative research had employed inductive and deductive data analysis techniques in achieving its objectives. New qarinah such as al-Jinas,al-Tibaq, Muqabalah, al-Takrar, and Mihwar that identified in various fasilah's compatibility prove that the rhymes found in the Qur’anic fasilah are compatible with each other. Thus, at the same time it is just another proof that the verses in the Qur’an are structurally coherent in all aspects and consequently makes it a cohesive text.
