Islah according to Kamus Dewan Bahasa is to return certain situation to a right condition, precise and suitable and to solve contention with good manner and peaceful path. Therefore, Islah Movement in Tunisia refer to purification of Tunisia from calamity and damage toward a better country that moved by Khairuddin at-Tunisi, Tahir Ibn ‘Ashur dan others. Islah Movement give good affect towards Tunisia society until French protectorate happened in the year of 1881. This research make use of documentation method to collect qualitative data. Data analised using method of comparative, inductive and deductive. Research finding showed that the effort of Islah give benefit to Tunisia in the aspect of economy, education, military and administration. Politics as it is an active practice in statements, manifestos, editorials, and philosophical texts, helps draw and redraw conceptual boundaries. To be sure, much of political life consists not in contesting formed concepts or constructing new ones, but in applying agreed-upon and cherished notions in new contexts to render unseen injustices visible or identifying additional examples of virtue, with varying success. Concepts are used in politics and reconfirmed as political concepts when they are mapped onto societal terrains in innovative and controversial ways. This paper aims at defining politics in its content and background in Islamic politics. The research adopted a qualitative approach to carry out this work. Hence, the work concealments the content and framework of politics by some scholars' and Scholars' views on democracy. This work covers how and where Islamic politics started and how politics penetrates Islam. As a tribe with strong Islamic cultural roots in South Sulawesi, Bugis women have an important role in spreading these teachings in the surrounding region. Through family support, religious teaching, involvement in community activities, influence in politics and so on, Bugis women have played a significant role in shaping and strengthening Islamic identity in society in the Malay world. This study opens up the space to understand more about the role of women in the dynamics of the spread of Islam, as well as its impact on the social and cultural structure in the region. Selangor attained significant educational achievements under his reign as a result of his commitment to human capital development, notably through the advancement of faith and morality. Individuals who establish Islamic faith and tauhid must always cultivate strong morals and ethics. This is because good character enables people to practice Islamic ideals in their daily lives, such as honesty, trustworthiness, compassion, and justice, all of which are vital to Islamic teachings. The problem of the study lies in searching for ways that push the organization towards development and success. Through the element of excellence, the most important of these means is administrative creativity. The importance of the study lies in focusing on the dimensions of electronic human resources management as one of the proposed alternatives and trying to harness it in enhancing administrative creativity at the level of finance companies in the Sultanate of Oman. The researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the study was conducted on a random sample. The study population consisted of all employees of finance companies in the Sultanate of Oman, who numbered (350) employees. The sample was selected and distributed electronically according to the sample size determination table developed by Cressy and Morgan, which consisted of (224) employees. The study concluded with a set of results, the most prominent of which is that there is a statistically significant effect at a significant level (α ≤ 0.05) of electronic human resources management in terms of its dimensions (electronic recruitment and selection, electronic training, electronic performance evaluation, electronic communication) on administrative creativity in finance companies in the Sultanate of Oman. The feedback given by the employers has been brought to the attention of the Ministry of Higher Education. Therefore, the Ministry of Higher Education (KPT) introduced the Soft Skills Development Module as an initiative to apply human skills to students, especially communication skills. In connection with this, the university management has taken various steps and interventions to improve generic skills and one of them is communication skills. In addition, this study is conducted to identify issues of communication skills and its solutions to enhance these skills among AISUM students. Data is collected through documentation methods and questionnaires. Stratified random sampling is used to facilitate the distribution of survey forms to respondents consisting of 115 undergraduate students from various academic disciplines at AISUM. Statistical data analysis method benefitted the Statistical Package of Social Science (SPSS) software version 27.0. The findings show that the communication skills of AISUM students are at a moderate level based on student confidence and market capabilities. Communication skills monitoring workshops, active participation in various programmes such as public speaking, debates and others are significant solutions in improving communication skills.
