ஆக்ககரமான கற்றலுக்கு வித்திடும் விளையாட்டு முறையிலான ஒரு குழு நடவடிக்கை (A GROUP ACTIVITY IN THE GAME SYSTEM THAT SPARKS CREATIVE LEARNING)

Abstract

The educational system has been experiencing various kinds of changes in the present-day setting; the language teaching should change accordingly, as well. It is not proper to completely reject the good methods that used to bring about changes. Applying the best methods in the teaching is beneficial for the students. The purpose of this article is to share the experiences that the author has gained. With the development of psychological education, educators have sought to see the connection between temperaments and knowledge. The game-plan teaching strategy may yield to some interesting results, where the children were found to have turned their natural sense of play into a fear-mongering behavior. It also discovered that the game system may help the children stay within fun-filled environment and engaging in learning. Hence, it needs a well-planned and organized group language games. When engaging in group activities, the student would participate even enthusiastically in the teamwork with the teachers’ guidance. This also may help them to get rid-off their sense of shyness and develop self-confidence. Teachers, therefore, may improve their teaching language objectives, and unveil the hidden treasures of the students!

ஆய்வுச் சுருக்கம்

இன்றைய கல்வியுலகில் பல மாற்றங்கள் ஏற்பட்டு வருகின்றன. இந்த மாற்றங்களுக்கேற்ப தமிழ்மொழி கற்றலிலும் மாற்றங்கள் ஏற்பட வேண்டிய அவசியமாகும். மாற்றம் ஏற்பட வேண்டுமென்பதற்காக வழிவழியாகப் பயன்படுத்தபட்டுவரும் முறைகளை முற்றாக நிராகரித்தல் முறையாகா. அவற்றில் சிறந்த முறைகளை மெருகூட்டிப் பயன்படுத்தல் நன்மை பயக்கும். அவ்வகையில் ஆசிரியர் தான் கையாண்டு வெற்றிகண்ட பட்டறிவினைப் பகிர்ந்து கொள்வதே இக்கட்டுரையின் நோக்கமாகும். உளவியற் கல்வியின் வளர்ச்சிக்கேற்ப கல்வியாளர்கள் இயல்பூக்கங்களுக்கும் அறிவுநிலைக்கும் உள்ள தொடர்பபைக் காண முற்பட்டனர். குழந்தைகளிடம் இயல்பாகக் காணும் விளையாட்டு உணர்வினைக் கைவித்துறையில் எவ்வாறு பயந்தரும் முறையில் திருப்பலாம் என ஆராய்ந்து சில முடிவுகளைக் கண்டனர். விளையாட்டு முறையின் வழி, கற்றலில் குழந்தகைகள் மகிழ்ச்சியுடனும் உறசாகத்துடனும் ஈடுபடுவதைக் கண்டறிந்தனர். நன்கு திட்டமிடப்பட்டு நடத்தப்பெறும் குழு முறையிலான மொழி விளையாட்டுகள் நல்ல பலனைத் தரும் என்பது வெள்ளிடைமலை. குழுமுறை நடவடிக்கைகளில் ஈடுபடும்போது, மெதுபயில் மாணவரும் குழு உறுப்பினர் உதவியுடனும் ஆசிரியர் வழிகாட்டலுடனும் ஆர்வமுடன் ஈடுபடுவர். இதன்வழி அம்மாணவர்களிடையே கூச்சசுபாவம் அகன்று தன்னம்பிக்கை வளரும். ஆகவே, ஆசிரியப் பெருமக்கள், குழுமுறையிலான மொழி விளையாட்டின் வழி கற்பித்தலை மேம்படுத்தி, மாணவச் செல்வங்களைத் தன்வசம் ஈர்ப்பார்களாக!
